General Policy
Fees paid towards enrolment are largely non-refundable once a batch has commenced, in view of seat allocation and resource planning. Specific exceptions are outlined below.
Cooling-Off Period
Students who wish to withdraw within 7 days of enrolment, and before the batch has commenced, are eligible for a full refund minus any registration or processing fee.
Withdrawal After Batch Commencement
Refund requests made after a batch has commenced will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and, where approved, will be pro-rated based on the number of classes conducted.
How to Request a Refund
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@skccareer.com along with the enrolment details. Approved refunds are processed within 15 working days.
